Full job description

Responsibilities:

– Process incoming files and send to proper lenders
– Analyze bank statements to determine eligibility
– Track current files and follow up with lenders
– Manage financial transactions and records (bookkeeping)
– Process invoices and payments
– Monitor budgets and expenses
– Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and guidance
– Set up new computer workstations
– Audit and amend various software settings
– Miscellaneous office work

Qualifications:

– Microsoft Excel
– Strong communications skills
– Administration Experience
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations (very important)
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Strong organizational and time management abilities
– Ability to multitask in a high pressure environment
– Light IT experience

Job Type: Full/Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Physical setting: In-Office

Schedule: M-Th: 9-5, Fri: 9-2

Work Location: In person
Los Angeles, CA 90064: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
